Setup

- Stand approximately one foot behind the Bosu ball with your feet hip-width apart and arms at your sides.
- Engage your core and maintain a neutral spine with your gaze forward.
How to do it
- Step your right foot onto the center of the Bosu dome, ensuring your entire foot is supported.
- Exhale as you drive through your right heel to stand up, simultaneously driving your left knee toward your chest.
- As the left knee rises, rotate your torso to the left, bringing your right elbow toward your left knee in a controlled twist.
- Inhale as you step back down to the starting position with control, then repeat the sequence by stepping up with the left foot.
